Since DVDs and/or videos can be copied and then returned (which there have been some problems with), there are no refunds on DVDs and/or videos. Defective items will be exchanged for the EXACT same item. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If you have modified them in any way, it is no longer returnable for refund or exchange. This includes, but not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any alternations to the product or labels on the product.
For wedding or event productions: We must be contacted within the time frame located in your wedding or event production contract for any re-edits or replacement of defective DVDs of your video. All re-edits require a re-editing fee of $85 hour with a 2 hour minimal charge. After the time frame, which is located in your contract, your video, including video we taped for the production, is deleted from our systems. For this reason, the cost of re-editing after the time frame may get expensive because the video production is no longer in our editing program and the actual video videotaped would have to be put back in our systems, which is very time consuming.
We retain your wedding production DVD(S) and videotapes for a short, limited time only after completion.

Please note: Two Guys And A Camera will refuse any product returned without contacting us about the problem first. Two Guys And A Camera is not responsible for return shipping cost, lost or damaged returning packages. We are not able to accept C.O.D.'s for returned items. Please insure all returns. We suggest FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Returns for Credit or Exchange:
- The product must be in brand new condition, just like it was when you received it. Otherwise we will not be able to issue a credit or exchange for the item. If you paid by credit card, we can only credit that particular card back.
- Do not write, label, mark, tape or in any way deface the product being returned.We will not be able to issue you credit or exchange if it is not in brand new condition.
- Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
- All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage to the product being returned. Any item that is not properly packed and has sustained damage during return shipping will be returned to you as is. So please make sure the items are properly packed.
