Return Policy
Two Guys And A Camera are happy to assist you in any way we can. Please check our Terms of Service page for Wedding and Event Videography terms.
Since DVDs and/or videos can be copied and then returned (which there have been some problems with), there are no refunds on DVDs and/or videos. Defective items will be exchanged for the EXACT same item. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If you have modified them in any way, it is no longer returnable for refund or exchange. This includes, but not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any alternations to the product or labels on the product.
If you need service on a product or to exchange a product or to return a product please call 803-782-0652 for a return authorization (RA) prior to returning the product. When obtaing a RA#, we need the following information: Your name, address and telephone number along with area code.
Please note: Two Guys And A Camera will refuse any product returned without a return authorization number next to the shipping label. Two Guys And A CAmera is not responsible for return shipping cost, lost or damaged returning packages. We are not able to accept C.O.D.'s for returned items. Please insure all returns. We suggest FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Returns for Credit or Exchange:
- All returns for credit or exchange MUST be back to us within the return period stated on your invoice. This will be located near the bottom of the invoice. RA# numbers are only good for 7 days from the date of issue for the product being returned. We are sorry, but we will not allow exceptions to this due to those who try to abuse our return policy.
- The product must be in brand new condition, just like it was when you received it. Otherwise we will not be able to issue a credit or exchange for thte item. If you paid by credit card, we can only credit that particular card back.
- You must include a copy of your invoice. Please make sure the address and telephone numbers on the invoice are correct.
- Do not write, label, mark, tape or in any way deface the product being returned.We will not be able to issue you credit or exchange if it is not in brand new condition.
- Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded. Please allow up to 21 days for credits to be processed.
- All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage to the product being returned. Any item that is not properly packed and has sustained damage during return shipping will be returned to you as is. So please make sure the items are properly packed. This has been a problem also!
