Terms of Service
All video packages include the use of wireless micrphones, professional digital editing, DVD with indexed chapters. Note: wireless mics do not guarantee perfect audio. Audio quality is dependent on several factors including wind, location of services and other audio influences that may be in the area. Our DVDs are produced using DVD+R or DVD-R format. This applies to videography services, video to DVD transfers and photo/video montages.This format are generally the most compatible with most major DVD players. We suggest that if you experience any problems watching our DVDs because of compatibilty issues that you consider purchasing a new DVD player. New DVD players which are compatible with all formats can be purchased for under $50. Because of modern editing programs, some of the older DVD players have problems playing some of the DVD formats or not playing them at all.
Wedding or Special Event Packages
Deposit Required: 50% of the package cost required for deposit to reserve that date. Additional 25% of package cost due 60 days before the event. Final payment (remaining 25% of package cost and any additional charges such as postage, add-ons, etc.) due prior of the date of the event. Weddings or special events booked less than 60 days before the event require a 75% deposit.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation on or before 60 days of the event, a 30% booking fee will be retained from all deposits. For cancellations 30 days or less from the event, a 50% booking fee will be retained from all deposits received. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other natural events beyond the partie's control, an alternate day will be scheduled with the wedding party or the deposits, excluding a 50% booking fee will be refunded. All attempts to reschedule will be made by both parties prior to cancellation due to weather. Examples of weather or natural conditions include, but not limited to: mandatory evacuation orders, natural disasters, flooding, power outages,etc. We are not responsible for client photos lost or damaged due to mail or delivery services used by either party.

Photo and Photo/Video Montages - Video Transfers
Payment in full is expected before the project begins. After receiving the DVD(s) if your not happy with it, we will make an attempt to correct the problem. Since DVDs and/or video can be copied and then returned(which there is a problem of people doing), there are no refunds on DVDs and/or videos. Defective items will be exchanged for the EXACT same item. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
